Terms

Plain terms, for an early access.

Front Door 24 is invite-only and free for the early adopters we work with, so these terms are short, and written to be read. When pricing launches, billing will run through Apple and carry Apple’s own terms with it.

Who we are, and what this is

Front Door 24 is built by Hybrid Intelligence Studios, a fully online studio — currently the trade name of its founder, operating as a sole proprietorship from New York, USA. These terms will be updated when a formal entity is registered. The product is in invite-only early access. Nothing is charged today; there is no subscription running and nothing on file to cancel.

Whose words go out

The desk answers with words you wrote or approved. A short, fixed list of messages — a greeting, a thank-you, a goodbye, “are you a bot?”, a clear I’d-like-to-buy, and a message that leaves contact details — is answered on its own, from words you already wrote; anything new waits for your approval before it goes out. The full account is on the privacy page. The answers are yours — and so is the responsibility for what your business tells its customers with them. If you switch on Cloud thinking, each question, the parts of your answers needed to reply, and the photos and documents you add are sent to Cerebras on your own key, under Cerebras’s own terms, and its charges are between you and them.

What we do not warrant

We do not promise uninterrupted service — there is no SLA during early access, by design. One practice we do keep: if the link’s relay is down and we know it, the founder emails affected businesses. Alerts are sent on a best effort and are not retried. The approval covenant is a control on what reaches a customer without your review — it is not a guarantee that an answer you approve is correct. Front Door 24 is not a lawyer, a clinician, or an accountant, and neither are we: nothing it sends is professional advice.

What the desk may not be used for

Unlawful content, and anything where a wrong or delayed answer is a safety matter — a medical or legal emergency, anything that belongs in a call to emergency services. We may end an early-access invite if the desk is used for either. During invite-only early access we also don’t set up desks for businesses whose primary customers are children under 13.

Your data, and endings

What we hold and for how long is on the privacy page. Your answers export to a sealed file you keep, and that file still opens if you stop using Front Door 24. You can erase your desk at any time. We can close an early-access desk, with notice.

Legal process

If valid legal process — a court order, a subpoena — compels us to produce something, we comply, and only with what we actually hold: at most a waiting question (14 days), a delivered transcript (90 days), the callback details a customer left (until you delete them, up to the latest 500), your device’s push token, an 80-character preview if a push notification failed (30 days), waitlist sign-ups (up to 7 days in our hosting provider’s logs, then in the founder’s email until you ask us to delete them), and the website demo’s short log lines (7 days, in our hosting provider’s logs). Your taught knowledge lives on your device, not with us, and is not ours to produce. (Draft — pending owner review with counsel.)

Changes, and who to write to

Material changes to these terms are sent to the businesses we’ve invited before they take effect. Questions go to leave a note on the site — the founder reads everything.

While Front Door 24 is free and invite-only, we cannot take on financial liability for it. Nothing here replaces your own judgment about what your business says to its customers. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.

Last updated: 15 September 2026 — before public launch; these terms govern the invite-only early access only.

Everything on this site is us — and we say only what the desk can already say.
