Please include the business link you were using, what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead, and roughly when.
What we promise, and what we do not
We are a small studio, and we would rather tell you that than promise an hour we cannot keep.
So: a person will get back to you. We do not publish a response-time guarantee, because we will not make a promise we cannot hold every single time.
What is built in, rather than promised: a short, fixed list of messages answers on its own at any hour from words you wrote, anything new waits for a person, and your customer is told where their question stands at every step — held, answered, or handed off to a person.
About those alerts
The queue in your app is the record. The notification is a convenience — we send it on a best effort and we do not retry it. If your phone is unreachable when a question arrives, the alert may not arrive; the question still will, and it will be waiting for you.
Alerts for one conversation are also deliberately spaced — at most one every few minutes — so a busy afternoon does not become a buzzing phone.

Billing questions
Nothing is charged today. Front Door 24 is invite-only and it is free for the early adopters we are working with, so there is no subscription running and nothing on file to cancel.
Pricing is not published yet, and billing details come with your invite. When pricing does launch it will run through your Apple ID — managing, cancelling and refunds would all happen on Apple’s side, in your device’s Settings. Your card details never touch us either way.
If one of your customers wants their data deleted
Their conversation belongs to you, not to us. You can delete any callback entry, and you can erase your entire desk at any time. If you need help doing it, write to us.
Accessibility
We build to WCAG 2.1 AA as our working standard — larger text sizes, dark mode, contrast, focus states, and reduced motion are part of our own regular testing. We claim no formal conformance yet and have no VPAT to hand you — that paper hasn’t been earned, and we won’t pretend otherwise; a conformance statement is produced at engagement. If any part of the desk is hard for you or your customers to use, write to us — the founder reads accessibility notes personally.
